Once you have successfully created your profile you will be assigned a unique CSP ID.
Once you complete registration by creating your profile you will be asked to select a path. Select “Join an Independent Business vendor already in the Arise Network” and enter our IB ID number 70390 then hit search. Our business name Pioneer customer Solutions Inc. will populate. Sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement and waiver to send us a request. Once we accept your request you will be able to see all the available servicing client opportunities. If you come across any technical issues during this step, feel free to contact us so we can guide you through this.
You will now be able to review and select a client opportunity that is available. Please ensure you select an opportunity that you feel fits your qualifications and experience. If you need assistance with selecting an opportunity you may reach out to us.
Complete a quick 10 question automated Voice Assessment. Once you pass, you will be able to move on to Step 5. If you need help or are unable to pass, please contact us immediately.
This step requires you to complete a PC scan to check if your system is compatible to support the client system as well as your internet speed. For details on the technical requirements please go to System and Equipment requirements. You must ensure you are hard wired when running this scan as you will fail it if you are on WiFi. If you require assistance, please reach out to us.
Once you complete the Arise Voice assessment, you will be asked to complete client specific pre-enrollment assessments. Once you pass all the assessments you will be able to move to the next step which is the background check.
Please follow the steps to complete a criminal background check. This step usually takes 1-2 business days. Please ensure all the information you submit is accurate to avoid delays.
After clearing the background check, you will be required to pay for the course which will complete your enrollment for training. If you require our assistance in paying for the course, please reach out to us so that we can provide you with a voucher. Take note of the class dates and times you have enrolled for and ensure you are attending daily. Arise attendance policy is 100%. If you fail to attend class, then you will be dropped from the course.
Once you have completed the certification course, you will be able to select hours and start servicing! Hour availability is subject to client needs and individual performance. Revenue will be direct deposited into your account every 2 weeks!
